Work This Way Youth Employment Program

Work This Way is a personalised, one-on-one employment Program for young people aged between 16-24 years who have left and/or finished school. The Program aims to supply the young person with the professional skills and industry specific training required to successfully enter the work force. The Program also works closely with employers to provide ongoing support to recruit and retain young people as well as appropriate employee-employer matching. To achieve the outcomes of the Program a young person is placed into full-time employment (more than 30 hours a week) for 16 weeks.
