Finding local people for local jobs.

Are you looking for a ‘work ready’ young person to employ for your business? The ‘Work This Way’ (WTW) program is a free service aimed at helping employers find the right young person for their business.  This program aims to find suitable employment for young people between the ages of 16 to 24 years who are local to the the Bayside, Kingston and Glen Eira regions. 

How will the ‘Work This Way’ program assist me??

A consultant is assigned to the young person and provides on-going support for the employer and young person through the first stage of their employment (usually the first 16-weeks). The consultant is able to provide advice and support to both parties in an effort to achieve a positive outcome for both the employer and young person.  Recruitment, screening and advertising are completely free of charge.

The WTW program has successfully delivered a number of positive outcomes for employers within the local region.

The Work This Way Employment Program is funded by the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) and encompasses the entire Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston local government regions.
