Can you remember your first job interview? Going for a job interview can be a nerve racking experience for all ages… Youth Connect has designed the iPREP program which aims to help young people build these important employment skills by giving them the opportunity to have a mock interview with a real employer. Youth Connect is currently recruiting local employers and their employees, and retired business people to assist in this new and exciting program. You can pass on your knowledge and experiences to the students on job interviews and employer expectations but its also a great opportunity for you to find potential employees and most of importantly give back to the community. Youth Connect is a not for profit, community based organisation located in Bentleigh. We work with the community to provide all young people with the skills and knowledge to support them to manage a successful pathway through secondary education, further learning and employment.
